| Silent & Live Auction Printable version Chaparral Women's Club is making a difference in our community! We had an amazing year! With help from many generous Williamson County businesses such as yours, Chaparral Women’s Club granted over $41,000 to Williamson County non-profit organizations and awarded $4,500 in scholarships to local high school graduates in 2012. Last year we received over $172,000 in grant requests. As we prepare for our main fundraising event this year, A NIGHT AT THE RACES, our goal is to surpass last year’s level of giving to make an even bigger impact in our community. How can you help? You and/or your business can donate items to be used for our silent and live auctions during Gala. Each donation received will be on display and accompanied by business signage and a description of the item. As a donor, your business will also be listed in a program for each guest. 100% of proceeds from auctions go into our grant fund. What do you do? Complete the attached form and provide the donated items to a Chaparral member, or mail your donation with the form to our address on the left-hand side. Remember, your donation is tax deductible, so please provide us with the requested information so that we can send you the proper tax documentation. We look forward to working with you.
